MY HOME RENOVATION
We have been known to buy a major fixer upper or two, have buyer’s remorse, but survive the remodel and love it at the end…yes!
So here we went again!
This time we were looking to downsize from our last home. We wanted all the rooms on one level, a basement, to be in a large community with amenities, the right location, and at the right price. We found the right location, subdivision, and floorplan, but let’s just say the house needed a LOT of work!

We updated every room in the house, got rid of all the texture on the ceilings, installed hardwoods throughout all the main areas, and painted
THE EXTERIOR
The exterior needed curb appeal and a lot of work! We added a front porch which also added visual height to the low roof, changed the single narrow windows to double windows, the single door to double doors, replaced the siding, painted a light fresh color, had to get rid of some dead trees but installed new sod.
