ABOUT ELEIDA
Hi! I’m Eleida, an empty nester (along with my husband) who after living in the big home for 29 years, downsized, renovated, now have rooms designed for out of town guests, and toy storage for the new little ones growing our family. At times I’ve also been too busy with work and family to decorate my own home as I wanted. So I get it, being at a stage in life when you want to redecorate, or downsize, or repurpose spaces, or entertain more, basically to enjoy your home the way you want to.
I simplify things for you by offering flexible, practical design services and processes. We can work Virtually or in-person in the North Atlanta, GA Area.
Even though I have lived in the Atlanta, GA area most of my life, growing
up in San Juan, Puerto Rico had an impact on my love for color. Using it tastefully in decor can create a next level look.
I moved to Georgia when I was 17, and went to college at UGA…go dawgs! I met my husband shortly after, we have lived in the Atlanta area ever since, are now empty nesters, and have two daughters who live close by…yeah!(
We love spending time at Lake Lanier with family and friends – boating, kayaking, jet skiing, or just floating.
A short escape to the Caribbean in the winter a treat too… did I say I love the water?
OUR HOME RENOVATION
We may have been known to buy a fixer upper or two, have buyer’s remorse, live through the renovation, and in the end be glad we did it. Our last one was our downsize home. Sometimes when you want something specific you have to buy a major fixer upper! We wanted a ranch with high ceilings, at a great price, and in a subdivision with amenities…so here we went! Added a front porch, moved and opened walls inside, and the list was looong. I’ll let a few before pictures speak for themselves. More landscape and decorating has happened since. We may have been a little crazy taking this on, but I’m happy we did!
